In order to rehabilitate the old J.O.P. building. The need arises to build new facades and carry out a comprehensive reform of the interior distribution to adapt it to the new offices that are planned to be established there.
It is a free-standing building made up of an original main core from 1945 and two later lateral extensions on its north and south elevation that are the main object of the exterior intervention.
It shows an almost symmetrical façade structure and an interior organization separated into two main uses, offices and private housing.
It has two general heights and a third smaller one that gives access to the deck.
Previous and renovated state.
A comprehensive renovation of the building is carried out.
The central patio is responsible for zoning the spaces through a perimeter route that gives access to the different offices, meeting rooms and rest areas and toilets.
The use of the mezzanine is designated for storage space and installation rooms.
